Welcome, Thank you for visiting my website. I am still trying to figure out if this site is a "blog" or a "website". Either way, my intent is to share my interests, critiques, view points, and more; all of this in celebration of our right of expression, courtesy of the U.S. Constitution's First Amendment. As a pragmatist, I realize that idealism some hold in perspective toward the U.S. First Amendment but the reality is there will always be those who cannot accept nor can conceptually juxtapose an antithetical viewpoint. Therefore, I have decided to restrict portions of this site for access only to those who are members, whom I will exercise my right to select. The intent of this site is not to be profane but facilitate an environment, in which, the reader can participate and hopefully learn and teach. As a result, I reconnoiter to the following question: Is this a "blog" or a "website"? Whether a "Blog" or a "Website", I hope you find what I have decided to share interesting, thought provocative, and informative. As with any discourse, I enjoy and encourage Debate and am in the process of integrating a message/bulletin board to this site. Once I figure out how to code and integrate it, visitors will be able to post their ideas. In the meantime, please feel free to share your opinions in favor or in challenge of what has been posted, in the form of email submission. Finally, as all things technologically driven, this site is a work in progress and therefore prone to revision and editing at whim. Enjoy, Floyd |

NOTE: HFX Blog is currently under construction. As a result, new membership registrations will be restricted to complete portions of the site. Thanks for your patience. NOTE #2: This website has been
designed on the Mac OS X platform using Netscape, Safari, and Firefox
in mind. Internet Explorer is NOT and will
not be supported because of its poor CSS performance
and Microsoft's insistence on keeping IE compatible with only its
proprietary products. Therefore, for the best results view on a Macintosh
running OS X (10.4 preferred) using either Netscape
7.2+, Safari,
or Firefox. |
